Bill Maltbie, President

Mr. Maltbie is a former Senior Executive at a large call center organization, having started his call center career as a Site Manager where he was responsible for a multi-million dollar call center with over 200 employees. After a successful turnaround project at the site, he led process improvement projects at 5 other call centers and successfully built 2 new call centers from the ground up.

During his tenure, Mr. Maltbie developed myriad new processes that addressed the problems that affect call centers: quality, attrition, and service levels.

He is also a former Russian Cryptolinguistic Specialist for the US Naval Security Group and NSA/CSS and has lived in Japan and Russia. Before his call center experience, Bill was a Commercial Investment Real Estate Broker, and owned a Lease Administration firm.

Mr. Maltbie is extremely passionate about coaching, and values himself not by dollars and cents, but by the successes of his clients.
